Pool Manager

Providing structured, data-driven support for pool management

With Cliniserve TEAM, managing your staff pool is a breeze—fast, transparent, and with minimal manual effort. Requests for support from the pool are recorded in a structured manner, suitable employees are pre-filtered and displayed, and assigned to the appropriate shift with just one click ( ). Real-time transparency and instant notifications keep everyone involved up to date, while shift changes are integrated directly into accounting and scheduling software. This saves you time, reduces errors, and increases your team’s satisfaction.

Takeover of Services
  • Staff scheduling can be done either through the automatic integration of the duty roster or by directly entering employee availability (preferred duty roster) in the ONE App.
  • Employee availability is sent directly to the pool coordination team and clearly displayed in the browser view.
  • Pool coordinators can schedule staff to the appropriate wards based on their reported availability. Another option is to initially “schedule” staff to the pool and specify their assignment location at the last minute.
Needs Assessment
  • All requests submitted by shift supervisors are recorded in a structured format using a form, making them comparable.
  • Optionally, load data can be retrieved to facilitate comparison of open requests in central scheduling.
  • This allows the requests to be addressed in order of priority.
Shift assignment
  • For each request, the appropriate employees are automatically filtered and displayed.
  • Granular additional filters allow for one-click assignment based on pre-scheduled shifts, onboarding, qualifications, pool type, and other criteria.
  • This makes it easy to select the most suitable Flex-Pool staff for each request and station.
Service Communication
  • With just one click, employees are notified of their scheduled shifts. Any updates to shifts—such as a change in work location—are sent directly to employees via a notification in the app.
  • The ward manager will automatically receive notification that the request has been completed.
  • The modified shifts can be automatically exported for integration into accounting or the work schedule.
