Employees conveniently submit their preferred shifts via the ONE app. Wards and schedulers report staffing needs through the browser application, so that central schedulers automatically receive suggestions for suitable employees to fill requests. With just a few clicks, all parties involved are informed, and billing can also be automated. This creates a seamless end-to-end process, eliminating the need for lengthy email and phone chains, Excel spreadsheets, and manual system updates.

  • On-call staff and students install the ONE app on their personal smartphones and check in at the hospital.
  • Preferred shifts can be easily entered as availability.
  • The mute feature allows you to effectively step away from work so you can relax while on vacation or when you're away.
Request for Quotation
  • Ward managers can use the browser to request a bedside shift.
  • The search form can be filled out in just a few clicks (reason for the search, shift time, location, and a comment if needed)—this makes it easier to compare requests.
  • Ward managers receive feedback on the search, both in Cliniserve TEAM and, if desired, via email.
Overview
  • Schedulers can view a list of search queries from all departments and sort and group them.
  • For each search query, the available nursing positions are displayed and can be further filtered (e.g., by qualifications, training in specific wards, or additional qualifications).
  • This makes it easy to select the most suitable on-call staff for each request and station.
Communication
  • The on-call staff member can be scheduled directly and will receive a push notification in the ONE app with details about the location and time of the assignment.
  • At the same time, the station's search query is automatically updated, and all parties involved are notified.
  • The modified shifts can be automatically exported for integration into accounting or the work schedule.
