Typically, consultations are requested and billed through the hospital information system (HIS). However, numerous phone calls and in-person visits are required for fine-tuning and coordination. Cliniserve CARE organizes these various tasks into multi-step processes that provide a transparent and quick overview of the current status and make it easier to coordinate workflows.

First and foremost, there should be a shared understanding between the relevant diagnostic department and the wards regarding the target process. This can then be quickly mapped in Cliniserve CARE and put into production. More in-depth interfaces are generally not necessary at this stage.
