Improved service and optimized workforce management for optional services
Cliniserve CARE provides a transparent overview of optional services and improves the quality of patient care.
The clinic’s portfolio of optional services is displayed via the Cliniserve CARE patient menu and can be accessed on demand. Thanks to two-way communication for each request and the automated dispatch of staff for optional services, patient service becomes more personalized and faster. As part of a comprehensive optional services concept, Cliniserve CARE can thus also be financed through the private health insurance (PKV) optional services flat rate. Private health insurance patients are automatically identified via a parameter from the hospital information system (HIS) or via a call parameter in the URL for terminal integrations.

Wards that offer exclusively elective services can be configured immediately with the appropriate menu options, as can wards with fixed beds. For patients admitted on an ad hoc basis, identification is possible via an HIS integration (typically an ADT data record) or by passing URL parameters from the bedside terminal system. A standard configuration exists for most providers; however, these systems also require a corresponding HIS interface to identify private insurance patients.
“Cliniserve takes the level of service in private care wards to the next level. More efficient processes, faster care, and direct feedback ensure a better experience for patients—while optimizing staff resources. The range of special private care and service options also becomes more visible and accessible.”
