Robotic systems can relieve the burden on caregivers today and in the future by taking over various support tasks, thereby complementing digital task management. Cliniserve serves as the user interface for robotics for multiple manufacturers—for both patients and staff. This enables the intuitive integration of robotics into care processes. In addition to mapping order and interaction process chains, Cliniserve CARE can also map interactions with robotic systems—for example, the user-friendly and secure opening of locked drawers. Integrations have been implemented on both the nursing and patient sides.
Cliniserve CARE also dynamically determines whether tasks should be assigned to people or robots—based on workload and available resources.
First, the target process is discussed with all relevant departments (wards, functions, or services), along with the desired escalation and distribution mechanisms. Depending on the manufacturer, various interaction and interface options are available—we are happy to clarify these in consultation with the relevant provider. For logistics processes as well as patient services, the control of doors and elevators often presents an obstacle that should be addressed early on with building services to fully realize the potential of the use cases and integration.
