One-click cleaning coordination and process updates for faster turnaround

Bidirectional interfaces between Cliniserve CARE and cleaning solutions such as Soobr can significantly improve processes. With just one click, nursing staff or room service can trigger the appropriate cleaning request directly from the Flow app, which is automatically transferred to the cleaning software along with all relevant parameters. As soon as the order is marked as completed there, the cleaning staff member confirms it in the cleaning software, and the responsible nurse in Cliniserve is automatically notified. This allows, for example, the bed in question to be reoccupied without delay or the need for phone calls.
Depending on the cleaning software, there are various integration options. However, existing REST APIs in the respective systems are typically used. In consultation with the client, the appropriate types of cleaning orders are created in Cliniserve for transfer, and the respective professional groups can then use the integrated process in their familiar environment without the need for additional training.
The new interface between the two systems makes our day-to-day work much easier. As a result, we no longer have to rely on the phone and can work much more efficiently
