Instead of using email or ticket systems, Cliniserve CARE allows staff—and, optionally, even patients—to generate service requests for building maintenance. These requests can be received on mobile devices, categorized, and annotated with comments and estimated completion times. This enables more efficient scheduling for maintenance staff and clearer communication from the nursing staff to patients or residents.

If desired, we can also work together to create the necessary reports for each station individually—after which the go-live can proceed directly in the familiar environment.
An email notification to the building services team would be one option, but the process is most effective as a mobile app for the building services team, as this also helps them save time.
