The Cliniserve CARE app is the perfect complement to the light call system. Patients can intuitively select their request from a menu. The menu can be customized for each ward and translated into various languages. Staff members automatically receive all patient requests in the app based on their qualifications and assigned areas of responsibility. “One-click” responses help avoid long wait times for patients. In addition, the ability to immediately retrieve supplies eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth trips. Patients use the system via the app or web app on their own smartphones or on any available bedside terminals. Thanks to the pseudonymization of patient data, no personal information is transmitted under any circumstances. Thus, the system’s use complies with data protection regulations.

Digital patient communication can be used at any time. If bedside terminals are available, we recommend using our standard iFrame integration for all major manufacturers. However, patients can also use their own devices at any time. It is important to have a suitable patient population depending on the type of use—only cognitively capable patients can participate. All others continue to use the light call system.
