It is rare for central services, such as physical therapists, to be able to stick to their schedules—but until now, information about delays could only be communicated immediately by phone. With Cliniserve CARE, this information can be shared with the responsible nurse and, optionally, with patients as well, with just a few clicks. This makes it easier to plan on the wards and reduces stress during therapy. In addition, therapy materials (e.g., handouts or videos, such as exercise routines) can be displayed via Cliniserve’s digital patient menu. Optionally, the therapy plan can also be integrated to account for pre-scheduled services and simplify the communication of delay information to therapists.
It is important to involve all units working with a therapist cluster to ensure that central services do not set up parallel analog and digital processes. The therapy plan is typically integrated easily via an export and automated input using restricted file server access.
